2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide a clear unboxing video
with the following conditions:
- The video must start before opening the package
- The package seal and label must be clearly visible
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded without any cuts or pauses
- The damage or defect must be clearly shown in the video
📌 This video is mandatory proof that the product was damaged or defective before use.
Without an unboxing video, no refund or replacement request will be accepted.
3. Refund & Replacement Request Process
- Record a proper unboxing video as mentioned above
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Share the unboxing video, order details, and issue description via email

4. Refund Method & Timeline
- Once approved, the refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- The refund process may take 5–10 business days
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.
5. Cancellation Policy

- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
